Here are your instructions:

This is the URL you will need to go to in order to submit and to edit your press releases.
Second,you will be asked to fill out the company information and personal information of the sumbitter when filling out a press release. It is important that you use the same email address you used to purchase for the account information.
If we cannot find a matching email, then your press release will not be submitted.
Third, you’ll be able to copy and paste your press release into the form. It will retain it’s format. You will also be able to upload a feature image, (dimensions are on the form).
Finally, once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with an edit link. Whenever you need to update your press release, simply click on that link and you will be taken to the press release to make updates.
Once received, our team will review and publish your press release within one or two days, if no problems are found.
For incomplete information, our team will follow up with you, so please make sure the contact information you fill out is correct.
